Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Janice was a successful career coach for a fortune 500 company and owned a small consulting and training company.

She has a Marketing degree from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Janice and her husband Dan have been married for more than 25 years, and they have two children, Matt and Allison. Matt attends college in Florida, and Allison attends college in California. They resided in South Carolina for 17 years before moving to Santa Fe. Janice’s favorite hobbies are cooking and gardening.

Janice has been a multimillion dollar producer since her first year in real estate, with nearly 12 Million closed in 2007. She attributes her success to her dedication in developing lasting personal relationships with her clients and her commitment to excellent customer service.
